RETURNS POLICY
  • Product categories eligible for return: Furniture, Lamps, Rugs, and Paintings.  
  • Returns are only accepted if the products have faults or defects that prevent their normal use, and not due to personal preference or size issues. 
DAMAGED PRODUCTS

1-VISIBLE DAMAGE

  • These claims refer to damages identified before opening the packaging, meaning when damage is observed on the exterior of the package upon delivery. 
  •  The deadline to submit a claim and notify us is within 24 hours of receiving the goods. 

In such cases, the following information is required to initiate the process:

Sign “NOT ACCEPTED” on the delivery note upon receiving the goods from the carrier. Provide a photo of the packaging at the time of delivery (do not open the box). Provide a brief explanation of the issue.

2-HIDDEN DAMAGE

  • These claims are made after opening the package and identifying any type of damage to the merchandise. The deadline to submit a claim in this case is 24 hours from receiving the package, and the procedure is as follows:
  • Send us an email at Info@fullhome.ps within the legally established period (24 hours after receipt), detailing the extent of the damage. The claim must be accompanied by: Photos of the damaged merchandise along with its original packaging, with the carrier’s label clearly visible.
  • It is very IMPORTANT that the recipient keeps the original packaging, as the product must always be collected in the same packaging in which it was delivered.
  • Once the information is validated and the return is approved by Full Home within 5 business days, the refund of the net amount will be processed via a bank reversal to your credit card. This period is subject to the terms and policies of the financial institution.
